OiOi began in 1997 when new mum Lisa set out to design a baby bag that was as stylish as it was practical. Nearly three decades later, she and her daughter Isabella now design together - blending timeless style with everyday functionality. Guided by a shared belief that parenting essentials should be both beautiful and built to last, every OiOi piece is thoughtfully crafted to make life on the go simpler and more joyful.

We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $150.

Express Post: $20

Free pick up is available from our warehouse in Moorabbin, Victoria. Simply select the "Pick Up"  option at the checkout and your order will be available to collect within 24 hours on weekdays between 8am-4pm.

We send International Orders via International Express Post. Prices calculated at the checkout.

IMPORTANT: International taxes and duties. Please note any additional importation charges, taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Your delivery charge does not include such additional charges. We do not refund customs or shipping fees if the parcel is returned to us.

Packaging

We have sourced our mail packaging from a number of fantastic, local Victorian based suppliers.

• Nappy Bags and Stroller Organisers are packaged in a beautiful OiOi branded cardboard box- sourced from a supplier in Coolaroo, VIC
• Smaller item orders, such as babywear or change mats, are packaged in compostable mailers sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.
• We use exclusively OiOi branded eco kraft tape for all orders - sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.
  
• We do not include invoices in your order to minimise paper, however, we do include a thank you card printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with toxic-free inks. We work with a fantastic environmentally-friendly printer in Castlemaine, VIC.

Gift Message Service

We offer a free Gift Message Service. Simply include your gift message in the notes section of the Checkout.

We also sell Greeting Cards if you would prefer the gift message to be handwritten on one of these.
