Fast Dispatch
We offer same business-day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm Melbourne time (AEST). All orders ship from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Please note that this excludes orders containing "Pre-Order" items. These orders are shipped in full once restocked (find the restock date in the Product Title).
Shipping to UK Addresses
Shipping costs are shown in GBP at checkout before you pay, and Standard Shipping is free on all orders over £99.
Here are the estimated delivery times. These are Australia Post’s own estimates between major metro areas, and exclude any time your parcel spends in customs.
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
VAT & Import Charges
Our UK prices include UK VAT. On larger orders, a customs charge may still be collected on delivery. This is set by UK authorities and is payable by the recipient. We do not refund customs charges if a parcel is returned to us.
Packaging
We have sourced our mail packaging from a number of fantastic, local Victorian based suppliers.
Changing bags and pram organisers are packaged in a beautiful OiOi branded cardboard box, sourced from a supplier in Coolaroo, VIC.
Smaller item orders, such as babywear or changing mats, are packaged in compostable mailers sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.
We use exclusively OiOi branded eco kraft tape for all orders, sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.
We do not include invoices in your order to minimise paper, however, we do include a thank you card printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with toxic-free inks. We work with a fantastic environmentally-friendly printer in Castlemaine, VIC.
Error with an order
Incorrect address
We use an automated system that creates shipping labels using the exact address you have entered into the checkout. Due to the high volume of orders and our fast processing times, we are unable to change your address after you have checked out, so please double check that you have entered the correct details. If you live in a flat or apartment, please ensure that you clearly state your flat or apartment number.
If you have entered the wrong address at the checkout, please contact us at sales@oioi.com.au immediately with the subject title "URGENT-WRONG ADDRESS" and we may be able to change it before your order has been processed by our warehouse team.
If your product has already been posted, we may be able to recall the parcel while it is still in transit and resend it. Please note in this case, any additional postage costs will be charged back to you.
Order edits
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unfortunately unable to edit any orders after they have been processed. Order edits that we are unable to perform include, but are not limited to, the following: change of address, change of product/s (including sizing), change of shipping method, combining multiple orders placed.
If you need to exchange a size or colour, you are able to do so per our 30-day change of mind policy.
