Packing Pouch Trio - Moroccan Tile

We've been around almost 30 years for a reason. We source high-quality materials designed for everyday life, and in the rare event that there is a manufacturing fault with your OiOi, we offer a 12-month warranty.

How to make a warranty claim

If you notice a fault within the warranty period, please email us at sales@oioi.com.au with:

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the fault
• Photos or a short video showing the issue
• A photo of the care tag with the production number (usually located inside the product)

In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned so we can take a closer look. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we'll send you a prepaid return label and either repair or replace the item.

What's not covered

This warranty doesn't cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading, natural ageing)
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Improper care or storage (e.g. mould, harsh cleaning products)

For tips on keeping your products looking their best, visit our Care Instructions page or get in touch, we're happy to help.

Seconds stock

Products marked as "Seconds" are sold at a reduced price due to known faults or cosmetic imperfections, which are detailed on the product page. These disclosed issues aren't covered under warranty, however, the 12-month warranty still applies to any faults not listed at the time of purchase.

Dispatch

Depending on the items in your order, it ships from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, or from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Please note that this excludes orders containing "Pre-Order" items. These orders are shipped in full once restocked.

Shipping to UK Addresses

Shipping costs are shown in GBP at checkout before you pay, and Standard Shipping is free on orders of £99 or more.

Here are the estimated delivery times, counted from dispatch. They are for major metro areas and exclude any time your parcel spends in customs.

• Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days
• Express or Priority Shipping: 3–7 business days. The estimate for your order is shown at checkout.

VAT & Import Charges

Orders up to £162: our UK prices include UK VAT. We charge it at checkout and pay it to HMRC, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Orders over £162 (£135 before VAT): UK VAT isn't charged at our checkout on orders this size. Instead, UK customs may charge import VAT, and the courier may add a handling fee, before delivery. Please pay these and accept your parcel, then email the courier's receipt to sales@oioi.com.au and we'll refund the charges in full.

Packaging

For orders shipped from our Melbourne warehouse, we have sourced our mail packaging from a number of fantastic local suppliers in Victoria, Australia.

Changing bags and buggy organisers are packaged in a beautiful OiOi branded cardboard box, sourced from a supplier in Coolaroo, VIC.

Smaller item orders, such as babywear or change mats, are packaged in compostable mailers sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.

We use exclusively OiOi branded eco kraft tape, sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC, on every order from our Melbourne warehouse.

We do not include invoices in orders from our Melbourne warehouse to minimise paper, however, we do include a thank you card printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with toxic-free inks. We work with a fantastic environmentally-friendly printer in Castlemaine, VIC.

Error with an order

Incorrect address

We use an automated system that creates shipping labels using the exact address you have entered into the checkout. We are unable to change your address after you have checked out, so please double check that you have entered the correct details. If you live in a flat or apartment, please ensure that you clearly state your flat or apartment number.

If you have entered the wrong address at the checkout, please contact us at sales@oioi.com.au immediately with the subject title "URGENT-WRONG ADDRESS" and we may be able to change it before your order has been processed.

If your product has already been posted, we may be able to recall the parcel while it is still in transit and resend it. Please note in this case, any additional postage costs will be charged back to you.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unfortunately unable to edit any orders after they have been processed. Order edits that we are unable to perform include, but are not limited to, the following: change of address, change of product/s (including sizing), change of shipping method, combining multiple orders placed.

If you need to exchange a size or colour, you are able to do so per our 30-day change of mind policy.
